Real Time 3D Face Tracking and Projection Mapping by Nobumichi Asai

“OMOTE” is the video made by digital art producer, Nobumichi Asai. “OMOTE” means “front” and also “mask” in traditional Japanese Noh theatre. The face acts as a mirror reflecting the projections of the heart of the person.
The really cool thing about this project is that Mr Asai combines the technologies of face tracking and project mapping. As you can see in the video, the woman is closing her eyes and a video was being projected on her face. Here is a video.
